The Conference for Administrative Excellence will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Dyersburg State Community College Student Center. This dynamic event is aimed at professionals from various backgrounds who are dedicated to achieving excellence in their careers and personal development.
Participants will enjoy lunch and engage in a variety of informational sessions led by industry leaders. These sessions are designed to inspire and equip individuals to enhance their skills and positively impact their organizations. The cost to attend is $40 per person.
Keynote speakers include:
Felecia Johnson is a former educator with extensive experience at Madisonville Community College. Felecia earned the “New Horizons” award for her leadership in the Personal Effectiveness Skills initiative and has trained organizations in customer service based on principles from the Disney Institute.
Traci Schott, a mental health therapist with over 30 years of experience, focuses on a holistic approach to therapy. Specializing in working with children and families, Traci empowers clients with practical tools for emotional healing.
Bradley Vaughn, the owner of I AM Fitness and Ministries, shares an inspiring journey from insecurity to empowerment through fitness. He serves his community by focusing on physical and spiritual growth.
Courtney Williams, Senior Vice President and Director of Professional Learning at First Citizens National Bank. She brings expertise and an extensive educational background in leadership development and project management. She is dedicated to fostering growth in her professional and community endeavors.
